Did you know that Kimora has the key to St. Louis? The Mayor gave her the key on March 18, 2008 and named the day ‘Kimora Day’. It takes a lot of work to get the key to a city, and Kimora has done her part. She’s a philanthropist and has started a college fund at the high school she graduated from, which is in St. Louis. It helps academically excelling girls who come from financially unstable backgrounds afford college. How many celebrities do YOU know of that has started a college fund at their old high school?
She is a descendent of Japanese, Korean, and African American ancestry (where all her beauty comes from). It’s quite hard to call this woman ugly, even when she gained all that weight from carrying her son. She’s a mommy of 3. Her 2 eldest are with Russel Simmons and her last, is with her current hubby Djimon Hounsou. Kimora has really made a name for herself and her family. Starting modeling classes at the age of 11 is what really helped her to get where she’s at. Shortly after turning 13 she signed a contract with Chanel and has been on the scene ever since.
